Identification
All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival. (Please note: PAN Card is not accepted.)
Reservation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected, or if there is an error in the reservation.
Breakfast Timings
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 A.M.
Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Amendments will be treated as cancellations.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to process.
All Reservation ammentments or Cancellation an amount of 5% retention charge applicable.
Cancellations within 48 to 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the tariff.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the tariff.
If the hotel cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, we will assist in finding alternate, similar accommodations without liability for compensation.
For bookings of 1 to 5 rooms, a deposit of 50% of the total room cost is required in advance.
Final payment must be made before arrival or at Check-In.

Rates are inclusive of the selected meal plan.
Public parking is available on-site. The hotel management is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay.
No Parties: Parties are not permitted in the rooms.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in guest floors and rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
Food and Beverages: Personal food and beverages are not allowed.
Luggage Storage: Luggage can be stored at your own risk for a maximum of 24 hours in the hotel cloakroom, subject to availability.
Infants (0-6 years): No charge when sharing a bed with parents.
Children (6-11 years):
50% of the extra person charge when sharing a bed.
100% extra person charge with an extra bed.
Children (12 years and above): Considered adults; full adult rates apply for accommodation and meals.
Eligibility for Group Booking
A group booking is defined as any reservation of 10 or more rooms for the same dates and under a single name or organization.
Reservation Process
Inquiry: Groups should submit an inquiry via our website or contact our sales team directly.
Proposal: Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide a detailed proposal, including rates, room types, and availability.
Confirmation: To secure your booking, a signed contract and an initial deposit (as specified in the proposal) are required.
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is due at the time of confirmation.
Final payment must be completed 14 days prior to arrival.
Room Allocation
Rooms will be allocated based on availability and the preferences indicated in the group booking inquiry.
Guests will receive a rooming list form to complete and return at least 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Changes to Booking
Changes to the number of rooms or dates must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.
Adjustments made within 14 days of arrival may incur additional charges.
Check-In/Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request subject to the availability of rooms
